| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Disposable and independent. Familiar with local labour and IT market. Young, with many ideas.
Required education:
at least secondary school, University degree will be adventage
Required skills:
• fluent command of the English language
• practical knowledge of MS Office

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main purpose of the job:
Company Representation, Recruitment and Head Hunting, Expanding Sales Area
Person on this position will be responsible for:
1. elaborate and execute the company’s strategy for the given area:
- ensure sales targets in the given area
- maintain relationships with clients
2. search&select (recruitment) process and
conducting an interviews with candidates from Romania.
3. reporting to central office (Poland)
4. co- building and developing Organisation structure in Romania.
