Senior Financial Consultant / Project Manager (doar cu experienta bancara)

-You must have only banking experience.
-Finished economic studies provided by license diploma (at least 3 years of working based on an economics domain)
-Very good computer skills: Word, Excel , office , outlook
-Must have very good english skills (also knowing another language represents an advantage)
-High level of atention and concentration on details
-Very good organizing skills and the ability to prioritize and respect time limits/ schedule.
-Capacity of working under pressure

-Intermediary between the client (mainly corporate clients) and financial institutions (banks and / or leasing companies) in order to obtain credit / leasing financing, as well as project finance (including real estate projects);
-Preparing all the necessary documentation (including cash flows, profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, pro forma situations, projections of the financial data etc.) requested by banks or leasing companies in order to obtain credit or leasing financing for our clients;
-Financial estimates and modeling based on various schemes, in tight correlation with the client’s needs;
-Client support for obtaining restructuring / rescheduling of its credit or leasing facilities;
-Client support in order to perform mergers and acquisitions processes;
-Consultancy for restructuring of the activities developed by groups of companies (more activities within the same company or group);
-Determining the best and suitable financing sources for our clients (in order to fit their needs) necessary to cover their immediate and long term operational needs;
-Contact of the creditors / investors on behalf of our clients for certain transactions;
-Preparing the financing / restructuring / M&A memorandum in a form accepted by creditors / lenders / investors;
-Assisting the clients in negotiating the optimum price, the structure and the conditions of the credit / leasing agreements.
-Types of assisted clients: clients activating in construction industry, in electric energy industry, milk and dairy products, in real estate area (residential projects, logistic spaces, offices), concrete and cement producers, alimentary production etc.
