CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Legal university degree;
- Very good English command;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Ability to work in team;
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Organised and pro-active attitude.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The trust officer‘s responsibilities mainly refer to the following fields:

1) Technical and specialist knowledge

- Responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the information provided in form of draft documents, memoranda, reports or otherwise;
- Responsible for the review / preparation of documents according to local compliance regulations and client requirements;
- Responsible for meeting the indicated deadlines for each allocated client.

2) Communication

- Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues through written, verbal and non-verbal communication and actively listens to, understands and constructively questions others;
- Is able to work well in teams and integrates in the team.

3) Compliance

- Works in compliance with all TMF procedures and related standards of work;
- Assists colleagues in preparing the clients’ files;
- Meets all deadlines without being asked;
- Manages relationship with clients and relevant bodies by:
-written and telephone communication for obtaining information;
-attending meetings with clients / going to clients premises if the job requires so;
-responding to queries;
-assisting more senior staff;
- Prepares the timesheet daily;
- Keeps the desk clean and organised and, at each day-end, puts all the client files back in the cupboards.

4) Planning

- Is able to work on a certain number of clients in the same time and prioritises the work;
- Is able to adapt to change, to remain focused and to deliver results;
- Organises the work in an efficient manner;
- Performs the tasks in accordance with the internal procedures and / or as indicated by the superiors.
