RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Certified Nursing Asst/Caregiver provides activity-focused resident care and implements a plan during his/her shift which consists of periods of rest for the resident, guidance in ADL's toileting schedule, physical activities, visitation, environmental adjustments and behavioral interventions - focuses on the abilities of the resident, not limitations.
Supports the resident's abilities by understanding that all aspects of care can be viewed as an activity.
Participates in weekly care meetings. |
