Technical Skills Requirements:
Linux / Unix knowledge - basic - must be capable of installing drivers, applications
Testing principles / testing experience
Good English skills, both spoken and written
Basic Programming experience - bash scripting , Java experience , Test Automation scripting
Soft Skills Requirements:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Organized - tester must be organized in reporting of product issues, testing process, time management
Responsible and Proactive - Be aware and meet deadlines and quality requirements of the tested product
Self Sufficient - can study on his own to understand new technologies
Customer Oriented - understand and work towards obtaining the quality requirements of the product
Team oriented - interact and work well in a team , work well with other team members [test, development, leads]
Adaptable and flexible - tester must adapt quickly to new technologies, procedures and tasks

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As a tester you need to:
Configure and maintain the test environment
Study project documentation and write test scenarios and suites
Execute test scenarios, raise defects, work with development to solve them and verify their resolution
Interact with other team members and leads to give test reports/ help solve defects
Create test automation scripts and run them
Investigate new technologies and requirements / Write documentation when needed
