Technical Team Leader

- Good planning and organizing abilities
- At least 5 years of experience as a web .net developer
- Previous experience in managing technical teams or projects is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of ASP.Net, ASP, C# (web forms), XML, Javascript, HTML
- Good SQL and SQL 2000 Server knowledge
- Good English or/and French skills
- Able to assimilate business changes and incorporate them in the IT systems and the daily activities
- Very responsible person, independent, but also team player, quick learner, innovative, hard-working

You will join the current team in Bucharest, working in cooperation with our French teams.

Your challenge will be to manage the technical team and to develop and deliver IT solutions based on .net technologies to all our subsidiaries.

Main missions:
- Manage a team of 9-10 members.
- Plans and assigns work tasks to the team members in order to meet project deadlines.
- Gets involved in the technical analysis and development of the projects.
- Assist and help team members by using his/her strong technical skills.
- Gets involved in the recruitment and evaluation process.
- Develops new systems and extend existing systems inline with organizational goals.
