| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ability to think and provide technical solutions in a clear and concise manner; ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Experience in working with public projects is essential (minimum 10 years)
Experience in preparing tendering in the public sector in Romania; knowledge of procedures for projects with international funding (EU, IBRD, EBRD, EIB) is a plus
Experience in Project Management
Personality : Clear view, open minded, more deeds - less words , dynamic, a self starter, profit and business driven, task oriented, excellent communication skills
Other requirements (additional courses or certificates): good knowledge of FIDIC (red and yellow) and PPP procedures, sales and negotiation soft skills , knowledge of Romanian business environment and the local market T&I (especially - MT, ANRDN, SNCFR)
Willingness to travel
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is essential

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The T&I Technical Director is responsible for running their team effectively, efficiently and profitably and be responsible for organizing and coordinating the department unit operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The T&I Technical Director reports to the T&I Operations Director of the Company and is responsible for managing the day to day T&I department operations in the Company`s office. This involves personnel, commercial and cultural responsibilities.
