•Knowledge of Standards (EN) related to the concrete industry
•Knowledge of Environmental issues connected to the Cement Industry (CO2 emissions)
•Capacity to prescribe and suggest internally and externally relevant technical elements
•Capable to participate in the bench making of relevant information from the market (products, services, competition)
•PC literate
•English knowledge

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
MISSION:
•To participate in the roll-out of the concrete product range in Romania by undertaking all necessary laboratory and industrial trials
•To contribute to prescription at customer’s site on product range to fulfill their objectives
•To contribute to key account customer technical coordination
RESPONSABILITIES:
The Tecnical Assistant is responsible of the relevancy of the technical advices provided at customer sites.
•Guarantees the quality of technical communications following all kinds of customer inquiries
•Guarantees the finalization of studies and the quality of the technical part of the offers
•Organizes, plans and executes the fields trials (samples, lab and industrial)
•Ensures a relevant reporting of each trial to the customer
•Contributes to competitor’s evaluation, product development, exchange and consolidation of technical information (between sales managers, Marketing, R&D)
•Underlines the most essential information collected during the technical assistance missions and the preparatory Lab Investigation
•Executes a regular reporting on product performances as witnessed during the field trials (written report and communication)
•Ensures a regular feedback on the economical data collected
