TEAM LEADER - ACCOUNTING AND MANAGEMENT OUTSOURCING FIRM

- at least three-years relevant experience in a multinational environment: Big 4 + Romanian subsidiary of a multinational company
- at least one year experience in managing staff;
- knowledge and experience in Romanian accounting and tax (some experience in IFRS is an advantage)
- client oriented attitude
- adapted to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- university degree in economics or accounting
- fluent verbal and written English

Key Responsibilities include:
- co-ordinate and control the work of several clients simultaneously, with tasks involving transaction processing, VAT returns, management reports, financial statements and other typical accounting/controlling work
- maintain open communication with clients, their auditors and with the tax authorities
- organise and supervise work of the team
- train staff to create commitment to quality service for the benefit of the clients.
