We are looking for a well-rounded person with an ongoing awareness of current events, pop & new media culture. Candidates must be highly motivated colorful, articulate, professional, punctual, people oriented, skilled and energetic, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to remain focused and detail oriented while multi-tasking at a fast pace on behalf of a busy, creative agent.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
REQUIRMENTS
• Scout new talent - kids between the ages of 5 and 16 for film, TV, music, arts, sport and creative projects.
• Organize auditions and workshops
• Pitch talent to productions and therefore maintain a strong working relationship with movie directors, TV & music producers, book publishers, advertising agencies, event managers.
• Negotiate rates for hired talent
• Maintain talent schedules
• Interact with a wide variety of personalities and levels of management
We provide the essential tools and teach the crucial techniques needed to successfully scout and represents children and teenagers.
This is commission-based. Basic pay scale is generous. Skilled scouts routinely earn monthly $500 to $1500 commission . Performance bonuses.
