| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Experience in a similar position (at least 6 month)
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of English, French speaking is a plus
- Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to organize the activity, to set and respect priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Receiving the orders from the distributors, centralizing and registering them in the database specifically for each client;
• Transmitting the orders to the headquarters in France;
• Corresponding with the headquarters in order to receive the necessary documents for the imported products;
• Certifying the import documents together with the distributor;
• Validating the import documents and transmitting the agreement to the headquarters from France in order to receive the original documents and to transmit them to the distributor;
• Registering the invoices for the imported products and following their payment;
• Following the existing stocks both at all distributors and regionally, transmitting the information within the company, especially to the medical representatives;
• Centralizing the sales report both from the regions and from the distributors., monthly invoiced sales reports;
• Situation of all imports on each product compared to the foreseen budget;
• Transmitting the dealer authorization for the distributors involved in biddings;
• Following trade promotions & various distributors actions; reports, situations
• Proposing solutions to import & distribution issues, upon information & implementing them, upon validation from headquarter
• Preparing various reports (such as: purchases, in-market sales, debt, customer databases, aso) situations, analysis based on information she holds, both on regularly but also on extraordinary basis, upon request
