| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience in a well recognized international brand. Ideally in chain of fashion or kid`s retail.
• PC skills – MS Office, Outlook, Excell
• Excellent customer service focus
• High interpersonal and time management skills
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong commercial and operational skills
• English is a must.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Manager will be responsible for:
• Realization of the sales budget and maximizing the performance of a store,
• Analysis of sales and sales trends and appropriate reactions (rotation, level of stock and sales budget realizations and planned margin)
• Recruitment and development of the staff by and within given tools.
• Managing, training, mentoring and motivating the staff
• Correct exhibition according to VM standards
• Raising the standards of customer services and effectively implementing operational procedures
