- Information of the dealers and customers on goods - prices, delivery

- Cooperating with the service sections

- creating of warranty claims for all products,

- Requesting and ordering the spare parts

- Receipt, giving out and evidence of the spare parts

- Executing claims to the producer

- Technical support in the area of the spare parts

- Working out of the statistical data

- Sending out the finances to the Directorate

- Making business contracts

- Monitoring the market

- Creating and sending out the propaganda leaflets to support the sale of the spare parts

- Evidence and execution of the orders of the Business Center for the complexion of the new machines

- Securing the invoice data for the Guarantee Branch

- Substitution of the subordinates

- Service in duty during the weekends during the season and out of the season

- Creating the Price Lists and abatement conditions
- Securing, creating and sending out of the technical materials (catalogues, technical drawings, photographs, descriptions, technical data etc.)

- Evidence of the attendances

- Organizing the logistics of the delivery of the spare parts

- Securing the proper running of the storehouse

- Controlling and issuing of the internal invoices between departments within the companies
