| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree
- Excellent Spanish speaker, good English knowledge
- More than 3 years of work experience in Accounting and preferably also in Procurement
- Leadership skills (motivating, feedback, coaching, action oriented, delivering results)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer orientation and energizing attitude
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, analytical skills
- Possess excellent PC skills
- Business acumen

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Lead a team of Procurement & Accounting specialists:
- Monitors on daily basis the staff performance and ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to establish standards
- Takes timely action to coach, develop, train direct reports in order to improve their performance
- Ensures professional customer care
- Manages the targets, activities and achievements of the team
- Supports the direct manager in administration activities
- Supports/ prepares specific reports
- Review the Accounting transactions and Procurement activities, closing month process
- Review and prepare the dashboards and reporting
