| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are lookin for a Shop manager for our new fashion shop located in Liberty Center. The ideal candidate must have:
1. Elaborating the working strategy inside the store, in compliance with the commercial policies of the company, in order to achieve targets;
2.Good sence of fashion.
3. Stock management (taking in deliveries, organizing and participating in inventories, ensuring permanent stock control);
4. Filling in the reports to the regional director and sending them on time;
5. Selecting, training and leading the store team;
6. Organizing a good quality service, leading and controlling it;
7. Preparing the working schedule for the store team;
8.Leading the correct lay-out of the products according to the visual merchandising instructions;
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1. University degree (preferably economic or business studies);
2. Previous work experience in fashion retail at least 3 years;
3. Previous work experience as a manager at least 2 years;
4. Customer-oriented;
4. Ability to work with targets and deadlines;
5. Leadership qualities;
6. Team spirit;
7. Very good planning and organizing skills;
8. Good communication skills;
9.Very good skills working with computer and its programs (MS Office);
10. Very good English language skills (speaking and writing);
11. Greek speaker ( will be a plus )
