| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Education: minimum Technical Diploma (basic Electrotechnic knowledge)
Strong experience (at least 3 years) required in After Sales Activities on the field (direct relation with customers, with special focus on repairing wall hung gas boilers)
autonomy, initiative, results orientation;
customer communication - relationship management,
dynamic personality, flexibility, customer focus;
English or Italian knowledge preferred;
PC knowledge (Office).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To go to the customers location in Bucharest
To analyze the status and the functioning of the products (together with the installation and other accessories) and to identify correctly the operations necessary to be done in order to put the product in the best working conditions
To have very good skills in operating with different hand tools and electronic measurements equipments
To replace spare parts inside the products
To manage a small stock of spare parts.
To communicate with the end user about warranty or not-warranty conditions,
To provide technical consulting (normatives, specific laws, technical documentation)
To work with documents, reports, easy to use service software.
