CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- Significant recruitment experience, essential in a dynamic fast paced banking organization;
- Previous staffing banking experience is a definite advantage;
- Ability to work as a team player and independently, as needed;
- Demonstrated ability to respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience required;
- Working style: confident and self assured person who can deliver excellent results when having time constraints;
- Quickly able to establish respect & credibility;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Excellent English skills;
- Self-confidence, takes initiative, is empathic & has a feeling for roles within a big, international company;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

This role provides a real opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in the development of one of the largest bank's HR team in Romania.

- Reporting to the Recruitment & Development Manager, the Senior Recruiter will provide full life cycle recruiting for senior and top management employees:
- Assist management in the development of recruitment plans based on department needs;
- Take proactive measures in the development of recruiting tools and innovative practices to ensure that the best candidates will be attracted in the bank;
- Update and revise hiring channels and applicant tracking system for better hiring flow through the organization;
- Recruit candidates in multiple skill sets through assorted recruitment methods to include: development of job specific recruiting plans; direct sourcing; networking sites and events; referral; Job Fairs; external and internal Websites;
- Pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and serve as single point of contact with applicants until the job is closed and the applicant is being on boarded.
