| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for all duties and activities regarding highways projects developed by the construction company in Romania. In some situations he will replace the Country Manager of Romania.
Ideally you will be a Civil Engineer or hold an equivalent qualification, with proven industry experience. The Senior Highway Engineer will also hold a detailed knowledge of design codes. Experience in the design and construction of highways schemes is also desirable. You should have previous experience in the domain, eventually held a position of Country Manager for other projects, before.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
He/she has to:
■ Providing Professional and Technical Excellence in highway engineering
■ Allocating tasks to other members of the Highways Teams and report to the Highways Team
■ Preparation of working drawings, Monthly Progress Report, Variation Orders, quality assurance plan, bituminous and cement concrete design
■ Having experience in international consultancy
■ Coordinating major projects and having skills of a team leader
■ Coordinating projects and having project management abilities
■ Having good communication and negotiations skills
■ Very good English knowledge
■ PC knowledge
■ At least 8-10 years of experience in the roads and bridges domain
