1. Senior Economist (Financial & Accountancy)

Requirements
University degree (Finance/Accountancy). Expert Accountant.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial / accounting activities.
“Expert Evaluator CECCAR” and Fiscal Consultant expertise would be an advantage.
Knowledge in finance, accounting, fiscality and legislation. Self driven and target-oriented working style. Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines and possess strong ability for multitasking. Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
Responsible for activity in Financial department;
Keeps accounts, prepares and signs financial statements;
Offers assistance, or if necessary keeps and organizes the accounts;
Carries out economic and financial analysis and patrimony evaluations;
Verifies documents to be recorded in the accounts and grants preventive financial control visas, in accordance with internal procedures of the Company;
Responsible for the implementation and verification of collection and payment operations,
Performs analysis on the mobilization, allocation and use of the capital stocks, as well as exercise of financial control;
Performs records' inspections on monetary operations (collections and payments) in bank statements for the cash registry.
Participates and coordinates daily financial-accounting activities and monitor general ledger and accounts payable activities;
Ensures Key Performance Indicators are met;
Builds strong communication and close working relationship with the key stakeholders at Customer side.
Travel within the assigned territory is required.

Responsibilities
Activity in Finance/Accountancy department – payrolls and accounts payable;
Operates accounting documents - certified and approved;
Prepares the Trial Balance, the Journal Register and Stock Register, as required by law, as well as at the request of the Company;
Responsible for the proper functioning of the cashier, providing security of money handling and storing, as well as observing the cashing discipline;
Performs all cash receipts and payment operations (settlements with trading partners, the social security budget, banks, shareholders etc.) and records them in company accounts;
Draws up situations of expected collections and payments on medium and short term; submits them to the executive management, in order to ensure substantiation on the issue of financial decisions.
Participates, under the supervision of the Senior Economist, in daily accounting activities and monitor general ledger and accounts payable activities;
Ensures Key Performance Indicators are met;
Customer relationship management in a remote type of operation;
Builds strong communication and close working relationships with the key stakeholders at Customer side.
Travel within the assigned territory is required.
