| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Commercial apprenticeship and some years experience in a similar position
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
Team player
Flexibility, systematic and organized

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Ensure all reception activities and administrative support tasks for the Shopping Centre.
This person will be responsible to:
Welcome and assist visitors, shop owners and service providers
Administrative support to the Shopping Centre Manager and his/her team (fax, phone, mail, reports, visit assistance)
Shopping Centre reception
Be in charge of preparation and post-processing of meetings, the creation of presentations as well as after adjustment to the new job additional processing duties.
Support cross-section projects such as Safety and Health, Environment, etc.
