| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
+3 years of professional experience in training or training related activities.
• Experience in FMCG or Telecom would be a plus
• Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet)
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• University degree

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Identify training needs of internal and external customers and develop learning solutions or tools, according to the needs and sales business objectives
• Prepare, develops and delivers training or coaching sessions to sales professionals and dealers representatives
• Design effective learning/e-learning solutions for internal and external customers to increase knowledge and skills level
• Compile periodically reports of the learning activity and recommend improvements
• Participate in team development by team sharing and peer coaching
