| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For our next project (mid March - end May) we are looking for a very capable sales operator who has:
- sound knowledge of English OR German language (considered an advantage);
- very good utilisation of MS Office suite;
- previous experience regarding call center activities is considered a high advantage;
- true communication skills, which should enable him to have an up-to-beat conversation with any person;
- persuasion and negociation abilities;
- a team-work spirit;
- serious and persistent personality;
- ability to quickly adapt, concentrate and enhanced attention to details. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The new member of our sales team will have to:
- promote and sell our services via telephone;
- develop and manage our clients portfolio;
- make invitations to international events we are organizing;
- be able to learn how to properly use our software;
- collect, select information and organize it in our database;
- communicate with our clients at a level which prooves high professionalism;
Please note that at the end of the project (end of May, 2009) employees might not be needed for a
period of time, also depending on their result within this project. The amount paid as a salary, is considered to be a global sum, which can be paid in one or several rates, as negociated at the interview. |
