Job description:
Working alongside the Pan-European Customer Support Team, you will be responsible to support the expanding Romanian Customer Base
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service and support to a variety of customers via email, Instant Messaging, Telephone and Fax.
• Nurture client relationships and be personally responsible for building and maintaining strong operational relationships with key customers.
• Meet and exceed customer service levels and internal operational efficiency targets.
• Analyse, report and administer according to operational requirements set by the Customer Services Manager.
