• Establish and maintain relationships and get stakeholders’ commitment to achieve expected results
- the focus is on effective relationships with staffing consultants, hiring managers or designees, Marketing, recruitment agencies and other partners within the recruitment and selection activities and projects.
• Respond to business needs by providing recruitment and selection solutions specific to his/her area of expertise and by performing processes and projects specific to his/her area of work:
- consolidates the recruitment needs at the company level and coordinates the recruitment and selection activities/projects that address them;
- participates in recruitment and selection activities and projects of the HR team;
- develop and implement recruitment and selection related projects;
- provide advice related to his/her area of work to internal customers, staffing consultants and HR management team
- keeps track of the recruitment and selection records in order to facilitate appropriate reporting and decision making related to recruitment and selection.
• Participates to HR systems, processes and tools improvements by following up, monitoring, evaluating and recommending necessary changes
- recommends appropriate recruitment and selection tools and any necessary improvements to the existing tools and programs;
- prepare and participates in roll out of recruitment agencies tender process and recommend effective partnerships according to agreed standards.
• Contribute to operational excellence of the department by continuously improving efficiency in their area of work.
• Ensure appropriate communications among stakeholders in relation to his/her area of expertise.
• - Participates in departments projects/activities as assigned by direct manager.
