- Provide leadership to motivate and improve team performances
- Participate in recruitment, selection and orientation at work
- Monitor and report on monthly basis staff and team performance in regards to KPIs and Objectives managed by Team Managers.
- Drive operational performance & efficiencies across all Contract functions & activities
- Develop and sustain Partnering relationships with Local Sales
- Identify and assist in training and staff development initiatives
- Act as second escalation level to resolve as quickly as possible, difficult service issues escalated from team managers and/or Sales Line of Business
- Share and replicate best practices across all teams in center
- Contracts organization
