| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University graduate;
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience for positions at different hierarchy;
- Proven people management experience - experience with leading a recruitment team;
- Volume hiring management is a strong advantage;
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Computer skills essential (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Ability to source the best candidates from what can sometimes be a limited talent pool;
- Experience of competency/behavior based interviewing techniques is an advantage;
- Project management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Team player; Innovative approach to problem solving; Positive, enthusiastic, self-starter; Results driven; Ability to adapt and deliver under high pressure deadlines | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The job holder will coordinate the recruitment team and will participate also in other HR projects, having the following main responsibilities:
Coordinate volume recruitment projects:
· Plan, allocate resources, monitor progress and provide status reports on hiring projects;
· Proactively search for staffing solutions when having a limited candidate pool and provide alternative solutions;
· Coach Recruiters on complex hiring projects;
· Coordinate and motivate a team of 7-8 Recruiters/Senior Consultants;
· Conduct recruitment for managerial/specialist roles;
· Coordinate, liase, negotiate contracts with vendors;
Analyze and report on recruitment activities:
· Provide timely and accurate recruitment performance reports;
· Drive recruitment process improvements;
· Document all the hiring activities, by using approppriate company systems and procedures
