| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Manager (Experience in Automotive market is preferred);
- Functional understanding of Quality Management Systems, including TS16949;
- Auditor Qualification;
- Proving experience on excellent use of PPAP, FMEA, Poke Yoke, Gage R&R Tools;
- Proving skills in leading effective problem solving activities;
- Proving experience on manufacturing process involvement;
- Ability to effectively manage conflict and deal with internal and external contacts;
- Fluent English written and verbal; communication skills;
- Fluent use of Office Software pack (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Ensure that Quality Manuals and other requirements and other applicable documents are implemented and used;
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved; Monitor and advice on the performance of quality management system/ product data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators.
- Ensure customer feedbacks are used appropriately in the organization;
- Assessing product specifications, internal and for its suppliers, in accordance with Customer requirements;
- Monitoring compliance with national and international standards and legislation; considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards;
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff; setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
- Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks;
- Analyze trends monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports and writing management systems reports;
- Liaising with customer's auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer's specifications;
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;
