| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mechanical / Electrical QA/QC Engineer with 2 years experience in quality field or related activities and it will be appreciated experience in Automotive Industry.
• To know about ISO 9000 and ISO/TS 16949.
• Internal Auditor.
• Communicative, diplomatic and a motivator, with a pragmatic approach.
• Enjoys working in a team but also able to work independently.
• Languages: English . In addition Spanish or French will be an asset.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• To achieve the Quality results of the company about the product, process and procedures.
• Responsible to implement and maintain the Quality System according to company's policies.
• To define the Policy and Objectives of Quality for the Company and work to achieve them.
• Analysis, update and implementation of the existing quality procedures on the company.
• Ensure that the quality control systems work properly in accordance with the quality manual.
• Coordinate and lead the quality control team, including internal inspectors.
• Participate in coordinating meetings for worksite quality control and provide the QA interface with the clients. Attend the customer claims and their follow up.
• Checks drawings and works to ensure compliance with the norms and methods approved by the clients and be a focal point for the control of work progress in accordance with the contractual specifications.
• Organize internal quality control audits as required and also external audits by customers or Certification Agency.
• Ensure the administrative follow up of documents related to the quality management system, and the production of final handing-over documentation.
• Organize class quality for employee of the company.
• Training the new employee about quality subjects.
