Purchasing Manager - Otopeni

Together with our Client, a production company from the Romanian market, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager.

We expect you to meet the following requirements:

•University degree
•Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
•Good command of English (spoken and written) .
•PC Applications qualifications including Microsoft Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel/ Access (is a plus).
•Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
•Able to manage multiple projects.
•Self-management and team focused attitude.
•Ability to sell ideas to team and stakeholders

•Plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates the purchasing activities.
•Develops purchasing policies and procedures.
•Identifies vendors of materials, equipments, suppliers.
•Establishes and maintains effective supplier relationships.
•Evaluates costs and quality of goods of services.
•Negotiates and oversees the negotiation of purchasing products.
•Reviews and processes claims against suppliers.
•Supervises and operates with the purchasing systems, assures data integrity and maintains the appropriate documentation
