Project Manager for developer in Cluj

An exceptional opportunity to work on a challenging real-estate project located in Cluj - Napoca. We are looking for an experienced Project Manger to join our team.

Successful candidates will have:

Bachelor degree in construction or similar technical field
Solid experience in project management from 5 to 10 years
Relevant experience on construction sites covering all phases of planning and execution
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects/ Primavera
Managerial abilities (planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating and motivating)
Communication and negotiation skills
Solution oriented and proactive attitude, team player
Must be able to effectively oversee all aspects of design/ construction process and steer project(s) to successful conclusion within tight time frames
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, budget allocations

Key Duties:

Plans, schedules and monitors the project activities: development and design, resource supply, E.P. and construction within the project deadlines
Monitors and coordinates the project team
Sets objectives and tasks for the project team
Report to the PMO and oversee all activities of contracted consultants in preparation of permitting strategies, timetables, cost plans, tenders, program development, on site engineering and construction process
Keeps track of progress and ensures that the project is on time and on budget
Plans project activities according to the development plan, the company’s strategy and the budgeted target.
