| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate is civil engineer and has at least 3-5 years experience in construction management or project management, he was involved in medium or large scale projects. He is an organized, serious, responsible person who can work hard even under stress and short deadlines. He has excellent command of English, familiar with AutoCAD and MSOffice. Good command of Hungarian language is an advantage. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The main tasks:
- managing design and permitting procedures
- organizing tender procedures, evaluation offers
- technical supervision of constructions
- project administration: writing minutes of meetings, weekly reports, monthly reports
- working out cost estimations
- construction management
