CANDIDATUL IDEAL: University degree in Engineering, Project Management or Economics;
Mid/long term practical experience with project management;
Familiar with conceptual PM methods (e.g. FEL);
Familiar with IT systems (e.g. Primavera, Clarity, SAP);
Good communication skills ;
Cooperative style of working balancing assertiveness and ability to achieve a common basis ;
Good to excellent computer skills and business fluent English;
Experiences in scheduling, cost controlling, contracting and HSEQ
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Audit the PM process in terms of formal quality gate keeping (e.g. changes of project status, project assignments, quality checks of documents);
Organize the project portfolio management
Manage the implementation and maintenance of standardized PM software;
Responsible for resource planning on department level;
Act as custodian for the Project Management Manual and other guidelines;
Act as centre of knowledge with regard to the SAP system and CARE;
Central point of contact on department level to Investment Controlling, Economics, Procurement;
Responsible for general project administration;
Responsible for interface management with Field Clusters;
Propose and monitor the human resource planning on department level;
Make proposals to balance corporate governance and project needs and requirements;
Establish and maintain close liaison with Project Services, Project and Program Managers for successful project planning and execution;
Leadership towards and coordination of PMO staff and their duties;
Plan, lead, and facilitate regular (cross-functional) meetings;
Compile PMO reports to stakeholders;
Ensure the timely development, compilation and issuing of project reports;
Collate and contribute to quarterly and annual reporting to meet Management and Investment Controlling requirements;
Propose development possibilities to assigned staff ;
Propose training program for PMO staff.
