PROCESS ENGINEER

The successful candidate for the position, who will join our management team, must be confident goal oriented self-starter with the drive to succeed, willing to make a "long-term" commitment - no career-jumper.


Main Requirements:

- University degree – Electrical, Mechanical or Automatics engineering.
- Experience in maintenance & process engineering for production sector (we prefer candidates with background in bike production factory).
- Technical knowledge regarding: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical.
- PC literate, AutoCAD – basic, technical skills regarding PLC programming.
- Experience in participation on process engineering projects - industrialization
- Fluent English compulsory, French could be a strong plus.
- Good communication skills, teamwork oriented.
- Open-minded, flexible, able to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking, self-motivation.
- Experience in management and leadership of a team.
- Experience in working in an international environment (ex: dealing with expatriate, experts, communication with peers and specialists within a multinational group)

Main Responsibilities:

- Minimize downtime in all processes, ensure they are running within specified targets and support introduction of new processes;
- Implement & supervising the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance activities.
- Supporting the continuous improvement program for each product;
- Ensuring that all production tools and equipment is maintained in a “fit for production” condition;
- Support the manufacturing process;
- Solve the process and equipment issues;
- Operation time analysis for assessment, process improvement and value stream mapping;
- Ensure all processes are running within specified quality targets;
- Participate and supervise the quality control plan and procedure implementation;
- Continually optimize all processes and generate corrective/improving actions.
