| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Qualifications should include at least;
- BS/BA Degree in a Finance and or accounting;
- At least 3 years of banking or accounting experience possibly with affluent &/or high net worth clientele;
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills;
- Understanding of the fundamentals of the legal and accounting aspects of personal wealth management
- Discretion and confidentiality are of course essential
- Working knowledge of wealth and risk management methodologies and practices, including financial modeling, financial planning, and risk management is required.
- Candidates must be an experienced client manager with strong client focus and ownership.
- Strong quantitative skills, with interest and desire to learn
- The ability to work at a distance with a variety of service providers are required.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Personal Wealth Manager has overall responsibility for the portfolio of investments of the client.
The Wealth Manager should:
Manage a real estate portfolio which consists of various assets in Romania, Western Europe and Canada.
Create, implement, and continually review, a plan that includes strategies designed to help the client pursue short, medium and long-term goals including:
Preparation of financial statements for asset/liability analysis;
Tracking cash flows/financials for a number of investments;
Preparation of annual budgets, and monthly financial reporting to track budget-to-actual;
Collection and Payment of all related expenses and incomes;
Ensure that properties are effectively manage and appropriate service providers are in place
Manage all tax issues for the client and for the related assets
From time to time manage new investments in property as and when the client advises
Work with architects and other related individuals for design and planning for development of specific properties from time to time as requested
Monitor credit facilities; manage collateral, negotiate amendments to credit facilities with more favorable terms to match the investing needs of the client, monitor/invest excess cash balances, and optimize timing of draw downs/repayments on credit facilities.
