| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Candidates are expected to:
- have a university degree, preferably in economics
- be experienced in management and supervising the company's commercial activities
- be experienced in working with channel clients (building and decorative products retailers)
- be experienced in management, preferably in management of a company
- be experienced in conducting negotiations
- be knowledgeable about creating cost policy, promotion and distribution policy
- be experienced in or predisposed to managing of a team
- demonstrate a high level of English language competence
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
This position will include the following responsibilities:
- establishing the company's trade and marketing policy
- achieving the set objectives in the following areas: the product's portfolio and a market segment
- establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with the clients
