Medical Manager in Promotion Department

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for an appropriate candidate for the position of MEDICAL MANAGER . This must have successfully graduated pharmaceutical sales skills, with several years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales / promotion and be ready to manage an entire promotion team in sales of healthcare products (Rx and OTC medicines and food supplements). We are looking for people willing to travel, with excellent communication skills, reliable, confident and with professional appearance. The ideal candidate must be located in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

· management of promotion team (area promotion managers, medical supervisers and medical representatives)

· planning the activities of promotion department on monthly and weekly bases according to the marketing & sales plan;

· monitoring and controlling of the accuracy and efficiency in activity and reports of the promotion department employees, including by field visits;

· involved in implementation of the marketing campaigns through the promotion team ;

· completing reports about promotion team (activities and feedback about activities in sales & promotion campaigns) for company’s top management;

Qualifications:

· 5- years of consistent experience in sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products (Rx medicines, OTC medicines, food supplements);

· university degree in medicine / pharmaceutical field;

· fluency in English (speaking and writing),

· good MS Office level;

· excellent communication and presentation skills;

· self-motivated, highly responsible;

· clean driving license;

· located in Bucharest;
