MARKETING & SALES MANAGER

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- university degree
- 2-3 years experience in marketing management / sales area
- at least 2 years experience and knowledge of software industry

- responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- specifying market requirements for current and future services / products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and potential customers
- evaluates customer research, IT market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed
- analyze and recommend appropriate changes of marketing strategies to respective managers
- promoting and improving the image of the company (online marketing, participation at exhibitions, etc.)
- oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- developing and implementing a company related market plan, working with all departments to execute
- development of sales strategies according to previous market research
- writing proposals for new business (services / products)
- report ongoing activities to Management/Board of Directors and keep the company continuous improvement efforts on track
- provide monthly reports on problem areas
- timely statistical data analysis and marketing / sales presentations to upper management
