RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The manager of the real estate agency is responsible for managing and coordinating the entire business activity of the agency. He/she is responsible for developing and implementing appropriate business strategies to achieve targeted volume of sale, grow the image of the company, create a strong and representative portfolio for the company and meet all other business objectives in: sales, marketing, client relations, budgeting, profit/loss, reporting system of financial activities etc.
Also, the Manager of the RE Agency is responsible for ensuring liability for the company, so that all business activity, operations, polices and procedures implemented, are in agreement with all contract terms and conditions and also in compliance with all Romanian laws and regulations.
This is a fast track management role for a talented and assertive person with potential to grow rapidly in a start up business environment who will take initially the role of managing a real estate agency, and within one year develop the business to a large number/network of real estate agencies.
Responsibilities:
o Develops the company’s image on the real estate market and ensures a diversified portfolio of properties sales/rental (residential/commercial) in order to secure a competitive position of the company in the real estate market.
o Plans and coordinates all budget (profit/loss) activity of the agency: ensures sales targets are met by agents, develops and implements all marketing activities, monitors/updates website activity & agency’s management database as well as all other PC specific applications/equipment of the agency to achieve business objectives.
Designs and implements market research/strategies in order to identify developing opportunities for the company attract clients and boost sales.
o Coordinates the entire activity of a team of RE agents: sets sales/cost targets, provides training, follows up on sales activity, promotes marketing activities as necessary, ensures flow/use of information (data) via web site, database, e-mail, PC soft applications are in accordance with agency’s policy.
o Ensures all policies and procedures of the agency are developed and applied in accordance with Romanian laws and company’s contract terms.
o Monitors the business activity (profit/loss) of the agency and reports on regular basis achievements of objectives to sr. management.
o Designs and implements marketing/PR/communication strategies to achieve business objectives.
o Ensures the necessary reporting system of the agency is implemented and kept up to date, in order to prepare and provide on regular basis - appropriate reports to sr. management of the company.
o Ensures negotiations of sales’ contracts are following company’s procedures and lead to an effective finalization of sales & customer satisfaction.
o Other duties and responsibilities as requested by business needs.
