CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- university degree in economics
- at least seven-years relevant experience in a multinational environment, including at least three years experience in managing staff, preferably with a Big 4 and/or Romanian subsidiary of a multinational company
- strong skills in Romanian accounting and tax issues
- client oriented attitude
- very good management skills
- fluent verbal and written English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- set up the operations of the Romanian subsidiary
- co-ordinate the work for several clients: supervise several teams of accounting and finance
- develop relationship and maintain communication with clients, their auditors and tax authorities
- provide guidance and support on accounting and tax issues to your teams
