LOGISTIC MANAGER

The successful candidate for the position, who will join our management team, must be confident goal oriented self-starter with the drive to succeed, willing to undertake a "long-term" commitment - no career-jumper.

Main Requirements:

- University degree in technical and/or economical field.
- Possess proven successful managerial experience at least 3 year in an appropriate role.
- Good working knowledge of Windows, MS Office and ERP system.
- Fluency in English; French is a strong bonus.
- Familiar with fast flow of materials and warehouse optimisation in the industrial environment.
- Be outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Easily manage documentation and reporting.
- Possess excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proactive and problem solving attitude under stress condition.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop, motivate and coordinate the logistic team according with the personnel scheme.
- Responsible for proper management of Warehouse. (personnel, equipment, goods, procedures)
- Develop and improve the components and finished goods flows within the warehouses and the production site.
- Stock taking / inventory check responsibility for all company.
- Management of obsolescence and components nonconformity – builds up the report monthly and action plan for improvement.
- Provide accurate information on all relevant facts and figures relates to the activity within the warehouse.
- Plan and implement the best practice procedures and internal rules.
- Builds up and implements stock analyses and forecast of stock to ensure the production fluency for orders completion in time.
- Responsible for purchases of components, consumables, packing materials and spare parts from suppliers.
- Fully responsible for logistic department budget execution.
- Liaising with other organisational unit of company.
