Requirements
University degree in Law;
Minimum experience required (!) : 3 years as a Lawyer or Legal Advisor;
Relevant experience in Commercial Law, Work Law, Civil Law;
Previous experience within a law office would be an advantage. Ability to observe deadlines and to perform work under pressure. Strong analytical skills. Self-motivated person, eager to acquire experience and build a career in a professional environment and with a strong team work spirit. Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently. Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
Provide legal assistance in elaborating documents by functional departments of the company that involve or may involve the patrimonial responsibility of the company.
Advising the legality of projects in economical contracts, work contracts and mandate decisions and also the legality of any kinds of measures that engage or may engage the patrimonial responsibility of the company, to check formal and correct approvals: “Judicial legality visa.”
Debts recovering activities;
Judicial representing at national an international law courts;
Travel within the assigned territory is required.
