LAWYER

- member of the Romanian Bar Association
- minimum 2 years of experience in a legal department of an international company
- Experience in commercial law (establishing of legal entities, contracts), civil law (contracts), labor law, cadastral law and legal issues with regards to properties, constructional law, advertising law, trademarks and copyright, management of proceedings, basic knowledge of tax regulations, customer protection regulations, experience in litigations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English skills – reading/writing of legal documentation
- Computer skills (MS Office, Windows OS, Internet Explorer)
- Strong motivation, dedication and enthusiasm
- Ability to prioritize, summarize key points
- High level of commitment
