| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role in an internal customer environment
• Good working knowledge of SQL, Windows XP, MS Office XP/2003 including Outlook
• Exposure to office networks, both software configurations and cabling/network devices
• Good communication skills both written and oral, especially when talking to non-technical staff in both English and Romanian
• A well organised individual well presented with a professional and business-like image.
• Service mentality aimed at exceeding customer expectations
• Cheerful and confident with the ability to get on with the job no matter how daunting.
• flexible approach to work who is persistent and resilient with the ability to handle with setbacks.
• Have initiative and the ability to act independently as appropriate within broad guidelines.

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• The role of IT Support Engineer is to provide first and second line support to all desktop, backoffice, network and operational IT systems in PayPoint Romania, and to communicate issues/changes back to the UK IT support teams.
• Perform first and second line desktop hardware and software support for all local users and machines
• Ensure resolution of all reported incidents and/or escalate where necessary to the UK Support teams
• Ensure all incidents and actions are logged in the Paypoint Helpdesk
• Install and configure desktop and server hardware and software applications according to PP standard builds and instructions
• Perform user maintenance in Active Directory
• Provide first line support for Remote Access users in Romania
• Troubleshooting AV issues on local machines
• Perform office moves
• Support for SFA Mob server
• Maintain an IT Asset register for local IT kit
• Liaise with local suppliers to resolve faults and queries including Dell for PC and laptop issues
• Pro-actively maintain a detailed and comprehensive set of procedures and checklists
• Troubleshooting printer errors
• Any other tasks consistent with the running of the IT Dept
