Principle Accountabilities
Provide operational support for IT Security Manager according to the Company Technical Services SLA commitment. This includes but not limited to the following:
Write, review, and use team documentation to maintain a standard environment as defined by the documentation;
Incident, request, and change management;
Actively involved in the proactive management.
Required:
1-2 years similar experiences;
Good knowledge of English;
Interest for technical and IT topics;
Computer Skills;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Professional approach, problem-solver attitude.
Teamwork in an international environment;
Driving license.
