Insurance Consultant: technical and business processes

Our Company is currently seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated Consultant to our team. This is a full time position.

This position is responsible for advising and guiding Client’s teams in respect of developments related to new structures, new process models, project management methods, new technical systems and appliances. The person will also perform quality assurance activities to ensure that project team work and deliver high quality deliverables for the project.

The environment can be fast paced and the future candidate needs to have a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change. The position requires a reliable, dependable and responsible individual who is able to commit to a long-term working relationship.

Being part of the business team.
Relations with:
- Clients departments
- IT team
- Other suppliers

• 2~ 4 Years in Non-Life Insurance Industry (mandatory);
• University degree (engineering - is an advantage) with main focus on management, project management, product and process management;
• Understanding on Non-Life Insurance Business in Management & Operation Perspective;
• Understanding on Marketing and Product;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to explain complex information simply and concisely
• A logical and analytical approach
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels
• Problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivation, commitment and tenacity.
