| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The ideal candidate is the one who meets all the following requirements:
- has a Design Engineer diploma
- experience in the automotive industry design is absolutely mandatory, especially in the mould sector.
- speaks English fluently. Interviews may be conducted in English. French is welcome.
- has between 5 and 10 years of experience in the field, but not less than 5.
- is proficient with Catia V5. This requirement is obligatory. Knowledge of another 3D design software is a big plus for you.
- is proficient in reading and drafting the technical documentation.
- is experienced in team management (training, evaluation, recruiting...).
- is always solution oriented, no matter the situation, reactive, has a good vision on the future, is able and willing to develop both the business and his own career, has excellent forecasting skills.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Within our company, you will be in charge with the management of the Design Engineers, meaning a 8 people team.
You will be the one to receive, dispatch and forward the technical documentation to your team, organize their activity and supervise their work. Maintain a very close relationship with your team and the company clients. You will also keep an eye on your team and projects expenses. |
