Good post-qualification experience in law firm or in-house at a large corporate organization; Degree from a reputable law school; Post Draguate qualification is a plus; Member of the Lawyers Bar (mandatory); The capacity to cope with a fast moving work load and a high degree of responsability is desirable as is a willingness to be flexible and adaptable to a variety of tasks; and work beyond normal working hours; Previous legal experience in english; (writing&speaking&negotiating);
Review and approve legal contracts and other documents related to a variety of commercial, trade, financial and operational matters; Represent the organisation in specialised legal proceeding before different authorities so that the organization's interests are protected; Provide legal advice to ensure that company's policies and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations; Make recommendations to senior management on how to respond to legal issues or proposed changes in laws and regulations.
