General Job description:
Practitioners of such role will establish, based on available data, personnel file management, reports and predictions of staff dynamics and expenditure.
Main responsibilities:
Establish and manage personnel files.
Establish and manage individual labor contracts; take care of recording ILC to ITM
Maintain the confidentiality of personnel documents
Record and centralize annual, medical, unpaid, and prenatal leave
Register and manage Comp & Ben package and centralize their situation
Carry reports from the database, the dynamics of staff, on demand or periodically
Prepare the attendance for the salary payment
Record changes in the structure and number of personnel (hiring, resignations, transfers, promotions, etc.)
Prepare personnel decisions and addenda to the contract of employment
Prepare personnel file for each employee and store its personal documents; provide access for each employee to his/her own file
Prepare, based on data available, reports and forecasts on staff dynamics
Maintain the personnel data basis up-to-date
Maintain vendor relationships (health and safety at work, medical checks for hiring and annually)
