Candidate’s profile:

·2-3 years experience in Quality Assurance, Process Documentation & Testing of software applications;
·Work experience in an international environment;
·Analytical skills;
·Fluency in English both verbal & written;
·Very good communication skills;
·SAP and/or Compass knowledge;
·Self starter and ability to get things done without much guidance;
·Work independently to achieve desired objectives;
·Team orientated;
·Willingness to participate in non-standard working time models, in order to support Asia and US;
·Ability to travel for business purposes

Job Description:

1.Compass Tester leading to Testing Lead
·Integral part of testing team executing scenarios as per testing plan;
·Reports issues discovered during testing as per process, re-testing as necessary;
·Works with Testing team to update, validate & review test scenarios;
·Validates testing master data before test execution;
·As Testing Lead, provides a coordination role between the various functions & IT and works with regions & countries to ensure availability of suitably knowledgeable testers.

2.Compass Security Lead.
·Understands the various security profiles;
·Leads Security for new country deployments, extending existing Profiles to new countries. Includes Organizational element verification, new transactions, new role creation, Test Account set up, release management & scheduling;
·Updates Security Profiles as new functionality is rolled out;
·Sets up controls for approval of roles through AUM (Automated User Management);
·Participates in Security testing;
·Liaises with IT SGST team to ensure profiles are correctly set up;
·Maintains Security documentation as required.

3.Business Process Documentation. Maintains & updates Compass Business Process Documentation, specific areas to be assigned by Documentation Lead
·From design documents, pull together first drafts of new/updated documents required for specific deployment wave or CR and submit to Documentation Lead;
·Participate with WW Documentation Lead in meetings with WW Business Leads when needed and from information shared pull together first drafts of new/updated documents and submit to Documentation Lead;
·Incorporate overall Engagement Customer Operations policy & procedure changes into revised Compass documentation;
·Communicate updates & changes to process documents through established weekly newsletter.
