General Manager Timisoara

- University (MSc) degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics
- Proven strategic technical leadership and people managerial experience
- App. 10 years’ work experience
- 2-3 years spent as a Software Engineer, 3-4 years as a Project Manager and some experience as a Department Manager preferably at a Software Developer / Telecommunication company
- Development experience at the level of engineering and management positions with Web Services and developments in Java (Ajax)
- Strong technical and project managerial skills
- Ability to lead, coordinate and take responsibility for other team members’ work
- Excellent communication skills and presentation capabilities
- Pragmatic, can-do attitude, ability to motivate others
- Fluent in English

- Lead the continuing development of the Timisoara
Software Developer and Project Management team striving for excellence in execution, customer and employees satisfaction
- Participate to the strategic decision leading to the definition of the projects to be executed at the Hungarian site and in particular: negotiate deliverables, assignment of resources and budgetary requirements for the site
- Be a highly accessible and visible leader to the existing organization, creating a winning, high performance culture with operational excellence. Coach and nurture employees in skills development, as necessary, and recruit outstanding executive talent to the Company
- Work closely with management and in particular participate to the Software Management Team activities.
